The greatest part of living in the Pacific Northwest is the vast variety of activities to do…from the Puget Sound to the mountains and every lake in between. Weekends can be filled with day trips and memory making events.
What a perfect day
The sun was out, the wind was low, which makes it a perfect day in the PNW!
What a charming Island to spend a Saturday afternoon on. We came for Orca’s, but none to be found this trip. The Blue Whales did not disappoint however and what about the Bald Eagels flying over head. Literally doesn’t get better than this.

Hillary made this 85 day reading schedule and President Nelson’s Challenge. I washi taped them inside these Books of Mormon and gave them to the sisters I minister to.
side note…the backpack (Northface) was stolen and only the contents of the backpack were sent to Andrew.
I asked each of the kids to write about one of their memory gems…everyone of them made me cry!! I truly do love being a mom!!
