I feel SUPER domesticated…Look at me baking pie pumpkins to make my own pumpkin puree.
I am scouring recipes from Smitten Kitchen this month. I love everything fall and pumpkin, so it was just meant to be that I try my hand at homemade pumpkin.
Completely surprised at how easy this process was!!
Now lets get to the Pumpkin Bread, again by Smitten Kitchen….the magic is in fresh spices
It turned out so goooooood!! Now I need to find some friends to share it with so I don’t eat it all by myself…that could be troublesome to my waistline.
